Aston Stealth wins 'Best Microphone of 2019' in MusicTech's Gear of the Year awards

The Aston Stealth has been voted ‘Best Microphone of 2019’ in MusicTech’s Gear of the Year awards.

The accolade, decided entirely by public vote, comes during an amazing string of nominations for the ground-breaking mic, including ‘Best Microphone’ in both Sound on Sound magazine’s Gear of the Year awards and the prestigious NAMM Show TEC awards, both of whose results will be announced at NAMM in January 2020.

In their announcement MusicTech said: “This is an incredible microphone and Mike [Hiller, reviewer] put it up against a number of other microphones and just found it a much more exciting proposition. “The Aston Stealth is a fantastic mic.
